Core De Force
Core De Force (MMA Style) is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout designed to slash inches off your waist and carve total-body definition! Together we'll knock-out the belly fat!Core De Force is a blend of dynamic boxing, kickboxing, Muy Thai moves and explosive body weight training. No weights required!
Transform
Transform (Step Cardio) is a fast, intense fitness program created by Super Trainer Shaun T that will transform your body—and your mind—in just 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, you’ll be out of breath, at 10 minutes you’ll be sweating, in 15 minutes you’ll be looking at the clock, and by minute 20 you’ll be done. We’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body— no weights required.

PiYO
PiYo (Cardio Yoga) is a low-impact, high-intensity body-transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates- and yoga-inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles. You’ll carve every inch of your body without jumps, without weights, and without straining your joints. You get your strength, your cardio, and your flexibility training all in one program.
